Create great meals with our Michelin Star Chef
At THE KITCHEN you experience, first hand, how to create great tasting food from the finest ingredients with Michelin Star Chef Thierry Laborde and his team.
Below is a simple step by step guide that takes you from the desktop to table top.
Step 1: Booking a session
You have 3 simple options; Register on-line, call us or pop by our store to schedule the session where you’ll create your meals. Alternatively you can also book a time to pick up your meals that we assemble for you.
Step 2: Select the meals you want to make
You can choose from our delicious seasonal monthly menus featuring 8-12 tempting dishes created with only the freshest ingredients from the best suppliers.
Step 3: We’ll buy and prepare all the ingredients.
We’ve personally hand picked all our suppliers, and most are small independents, who’ve been chosen due to both the quality of ingredients and their ethics.
Food provenance and traceability are key.
Step 4: Your session
Pop along to THE KITCHEN store on the day of your session, where you will find everything you need to create great tasting meals.

Step 5: The experience
At THE KITCHEN we strive to make your session as welcoming, enjoyable and interesting as possible.
Thierry and his team are always on hand to help, guide and advise throughout your session.
Step 6: All finished and no washing up in sight!
Once you have finished, your meals will be beautifully packaged with easy to follow cooking instructions and ready to be chilled or frozen at home.

There's No Spam In The Kitchen
Some disenfranchised robots from Google have from some reason locked out our blog as they believe we've been serving spam, which means we can't access or update it, so we're sorry if our news seems to be a little dated.
We've got no idea why and we tried asking the robots to review, but can't seem to get them to answer. We'll keep you updated, but any suggestions on how to speed up the process most welcome.
