At THE KITCHEN you experience, first hand, how to create great tasting food from the finest ingredients with Michelin Star Chef Thierry Laborde and his team.

Below is a simple step by step guide that takes you from the desktop to table top.

Step 1: Booking a session

You have 3 simple options; Register on-line, call us or pop by our store to schedule the session where you’ll create your meals. Alternatively you can also book a time to pick up your meals that we assemble for you.

Step 2: Select the meals you want to make

You can choose from our delicious seasonal monthly menus featuring 8-12 tempting dishes created with only the freshest ingredients from the best suppliers.

Step 3: We’ll buy and prepare all the ingredients.

We’ve personally hand picked all our suppliers, and most are small independents, who’ve been chosen due to both the quality of ingredients and their ethics.

Food provenance and traceability are key.

Once you have finished, your meals will be beautifully packaged with easy to follow cooking instructions and ready to be chilled or frozen at home.
